‘So comes love’

by Jenny on April 27, 2014

Letting go has been the theme in my life for the past few months. I have always loved E.E. Cummings and recently ran across this poem..

“let it go — the
smashed word broken
open vow or
the oath cracked length
wise — let it go it
was sworn to

let them go — the
truthful liars and
the false fair friends
and the boths and
neithers — you must let them go they
were born
to go

let all go — the
big small middling
tall bigger really
the biggest and all
things — let all go
so comes love”

It really resonated with me and my current situation. Thought I would share…enjoy & let it go…

Reading said book while in a bubble bath with a glass of wine would be ideal, but unfortuantly not exactly appropraite. sigh. So [...]

Reunited and it feels so good…

June 9, 2013

I could blame the lack of posts on the fact that my laptop keeps wanting to die. But the truth is, I really wasn’t all that interested in keeping this going :/. My life has been in a holding pattern as of late. Eleanor and I finally got into a routine, and I have been terrified that [...]
